Refund policy

Cosplay Print Lab sells digital STL files and a 60-minute online printer session. No physical item is shipped.

If a charge is duplicated, or you cannot access the product you paid for, contact us through your Whop membership and we will look at the payment.

STL files that have been downloaded, and a support session that has already been used, are generally not refundable. Unused support access expires 14 days after purchase.

Card disputes should be a last resort. Open a conversation first so we can check access and the payment.
